Building 673 RED HORSE New Engineering Facility, Charleston, SC
This project was for the construction of a 9,000 square foot headquarters for the 560th RED HORSE Squadron. The facility is a steel frame building with spandrel glass and masonry exterior. The building has a standing seam metal roof and was designed and constructed to meet LEED Silver Certification. The building involved many complex construction tasks, such as earthquake drains, special environmental considerations, working in a constricted area and providing access across the construction limits for an operational facility.

Renovations to Building 2076, Scope #1, Robins AFB, GA

This project involved renovations for the Georgia Air National Guard for the construction of a new command headquarters for the 116th Civil Engineer Squadron. The project involved demolition of the existing 33,000 sf building down to the steel frame and metal roof. The rebuild included adding on to the existing foundation with new footings to support new load bearing masonry walls and brick veneer and the installation of all building components. The project included restrooms; main entrance and reception area with welcoming station and overhead lighting; new construction of a kitchen and break room with associated features; wire routing and installation of sophisticated computer linkage; construction of a new 4 ton HVAC and all new electrical distribution and demolition of 5,000 sf asphalt parking area and reconstruction.
