HCR institutes design initiatives at the onset of the project by developing a design criteria package to summarize systems and technical requirements. HCR controls the design process to achieve the objectives of the project. In order to ensure professional quality, technical accuracy and the coordination of all designs, drawings, specifications, and other A-E services. The design package specifies technical execution requirements and provides a basis for making design decisions, accomplishing design verification and review, and evaluating changes. HCR undertakes appropriate QC measures and technical reviews. This enables us to provide complete, well-coordinated and error free documents.
