HCR was formed in 2002 and is a privately held Minority-Owned, Small Business General Contractor with offices in Norcross, GA and San Antonio, TX.  HCR specializes in Design/Build and construction services for new facilities and for renovation, repair and alteration of existing facilities and utilities systems. 

 

HCR has over 13 years construction industry experience offering quality construction services to local, state, federal, and commercial clients.  HCR is a successful graduate from the SBA 8(a) program having been awarded over $100M in federal contracts from 2004 to present, to include Direct Awards and Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity Contracts.
