Plaza Santa Fe
This was a negotiated design/build project for the conversion of a deteriorated structure into a Hispanic shopping center and market. The project includes 90 cubicles of retail space approximately 300 sf each, three restaurants in a food court set up, an 8,000 sf ceramic tile show room and a 5,000 sf spa. The project includes gypsum board partitions, ceramic tile floor and open ceiling. New HVAC, electrical, fire protection and alarm systems were installed. Modifications to the existing sprinkler system and plumbing lines were performed. The project is located in Pleasant Hill Road and Venture Drive in Gwinnett County, Duluth, GA
Plaza Fiesta Market III
This was a bid project for the interior construction of 24 retail spaces in the Plaza Fiesta Hispanic Shopping Center located at Buford Highway and Clairmont Road. The project includes demolition of a 4,500 SF restaurant and conversion into small retail spaces.
